Once you become a member, you can log into your account and decide what fields of information are visible to visitors to the MN LGBTQ+ Therapists’ Network website, including gender identity, sexual identity and race/ethnicity.

The choice "organization*" signifies that applicant is two or more individuals, and that the organization itself is an LGBTQIAPG2S ally.
